2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use 3333 bet's services, the following conditions must be met:

3 Account Registration and Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3333 bet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum limit depends on the account tier and verification status.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same mobile banking number used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

Funds for which the wagering requirement has not yet been met cannot be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent or unusual transaction is suspected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, i.e. ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

There are opportunities to take part in various promotions including weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses and special offers during the cricket season. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, taking advantage of any game vulnerability, or following any other fraudulent method will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

Bonuses are provided as an opportunity for entertainment — they are not directly withdrawable cash. 3333 bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 3333 bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Bet limits may vary by game and market. The applicable limits for each game are displayed when you enter that game.

6.3 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the relevant authority or official outcome. Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Match Fixing and Misconduct

Match fixing, influencing any game, or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

3333 bet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback based on a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

For example, a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is also treated as a bonus and a specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal. 3333 bet reserves the right to determine and change the criteria for VIP tier changes and associated benefits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333 bet platform:

  • Operating an account as a minor or on behalf of a minor.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Placing bets or claiming bonuses using another person's account.
  • Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
  • Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

12 Account Closure Policy

12.1 Closure at the Member's Request

An account closure request can be made at any time via live chat or email. If there are any unsettled bets or pending withdrawals at the time of the request, the account will be closed after those are completed.

12.2 Closure at the Platform's Discretion

3333 bet reserves the right to close any account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or any other valid reason. If an account is closed due to a breach, the remaining balance will be handled according to the circumstances.

13 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have an objection regarding the outcome of a bet or a transaction, the complaint must be submitted via live chat or email within 72 hours of the event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
